After greeting the caller ask "how did you hear about us" then record the answer with a mark  like this /,  //// after 4 marks strike through, this = 5.  After adding all calls for the month divide each sum by the total to get the percentage.  Round numbers off for simplicity. Six sheets = one year of calls.
