WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Rocks (washed clean)

Fire wood (Hard wood NOT Pine) to heat rocks

Metal grate to support and move Pig

Banana Stalk (split and place on hot rocks under Pig)

Banana leaves to cover pig

Burlap Sheets wet (cover banana leaves )

SEASON PIG BEFORE COOKING:

Apple Cider Vinegar

Brown Sugar

Mustard
