Chip repair is essential

in NEW CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING

No one will accept a damaged fixture when paying for a new home or remodeling job!

    BASIC repair kit for white tubs and sinks

Do not attempt to repair chips with automotive products and fillers such as Bondo etc. these products are no intended for use on bathtubs and will give less than satisfactory results.

Our products are designed for the bath and kitchen restoration industry and give superb results.

We include detailed repair instructions with each tub repair kit. Please follow our repair instructions closely for best results.

Basic instructions:

1. Sand chipped area thoroughly with correct abrasive paper. Avoid abrasive paper touching anyplace except immediately where chip is located and one inch around chip.

2. Fill chipped area with catalyzed KF-43 fast hardening filler.

3. Heat with hair dryer.

4. When filler is hard sand filled area with correct abrasive paper until smooth.

5. Touch up repaired area with SPR Porcelain and Fiberglass aerosol touchup to cover filled and sanded area.

This is a permanent repair if done correctly.
